Delete your account

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to Jimnet Pitboard.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account, password & Pitboard settings.
4. Under Delete account, enter your current password, type DELETE, then confirm.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your account, sessions, team links and permissions, race registrations, messages, preferences and saved device settings. Linked physical hardware is unassigned rather than destroyed, so it can be enrolled by a future owner.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@jimnet.co.uk from the address registered to the account. We will verify ownership and help complete the deletion request. We will explain if any limited information must be retained for a legal or security obligation.
